- MACHINED LEVERS – with tight position tolerances to allow bearing boxes assembly and alignment
- VALVE BODIES, STEMS, CORES – made from bar/plate or from forges raw material. The manufacturing cycles of these complex components are thoroughly engineered and foresee turning, 5 axis milling, grinding and Professional deburring. Most components are NDT checked (Magnetoscopic NDT Level 2 in house)
- EYE ENDS – with rolled external threads IAW various aeronautical specs, Certified in our Metallographic Lab
- TIGHT TOLERANCE SPOOL – SLEEVE COUPLING – obtained through machining, grinding and lapping
- BUSHES, WASHERS, BOLTS – in various materials, such as Precipitation Hardening Steels in different conditions (Thermal Treatment in bars IAW AMS 2759/3 in house), Inconel 718, AISI 304, Ti6Al4V
